Grace Living Center- University Northwest  is convieniently located just west of the Northeastern State University and minutes from Tahlequah City and Hastings Hospitals.

Grace Living Center-University NW offers a Short Term Rehabilitation Unit that includes Private Rooms, Therapeutic Teaching Kitchen, and Motor Skill Enhancement Equipment. The main goal of our Rehabilitation Unit is to return residents home faster.

Grace Living Center- University NW provides a home-like environment that focuses on Therapeutic and Restorative care. Our residents can enjoy interactions with children, volunteers, community organizations, and active staff members that are all geared toward total well-being.

In addition to services such as Medicare Skilled, Long-term, VA contract, and Respite services Grace Living Center University NW features:
